PLEASE READ OUR USED PARTS WARRANTY.


TERMS OF SALE AND WARRANTY INFORMATION


1. All sales are final.
2. If, within 30 days of purchase, an Mechanical part proves defective, seller will, within a reasonable period of time, Replace the part.
3. Electrical parts are sold as is. However, if returned within 48 hours of purchase without any damage, a store credit can be issued.
4. Seller is not responsible for or liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damages.
5. No warranty or reimbursement on labor under any circumstance.
6. No cash refunds.
7. No warranty on seals, gaskets, fluids or coolant.
8. In the event a mechanical part is defective, and a replacement is not obtainable, refund will be made by company check.
9. All sheet metal, glass, and body parts are sold as is.
10. Non-rebuildable or incomplete cores are not acceptable for credit.
11. Damaged or altered parts are not warranted.
12. Keep your receipt. No claim or warranty without it.
13. No claim made on body parts, colors or trim packages.
14. Overheating voids all warranties.
15. Unless stated otherwise on the face of this receipt, no other warranty is made or implied.
16. Seller is not responsible for buyer's error.
17. 25% restocking fee at sellers discretion will be charged.
18. No warranty or return under any circumstances on carburetors or parts costing $10 or less.
19. If you have a problem, contact All Foreign Inc prior to removing part or attempting any repair to part.
20. All Foreign Inc makes no claim as to the suitability of any part for a particular purpose. Buyer is responsible for determining suitability of parts purchased for purpose intended.
21. $20.00 fee on returned checks.
22. Buyer agrees to pay all fees and costs associated with the collection of this debt. 1% finance charge on overdue balances.


SPECIAL ORDER POLICIES


1. Special orders are non-refundable.
2. A minimum deposit of 50% is required for all special orders.
3. Deposits are non-refundable.
4. Parts and deposits left over 30 days shall be forfeited.
5. Seller is not responsible for delays in UPS or freight shipments. Freight delivery is beyond the seller's control.
6. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.


SPECIAL ORDER POLICIES


1. Used engines are guaranteed not to have cracked block, head or bad crankshaft. Parts external to the cylinder block and the cylinder head(s) (i.e., carburetor, distributor, fuel pump, etc.) are not warranted. These are left on the engine for the installer's convenience ONLY.
2. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
3. Used engines guaranteed against rod knock, excessive smoking, and excessive oil consumption.
4. It is recommended the buyer replace the rear main seal and inspect gaskets prior to installation.
5. All parts on the engine at time of sale must be returned with the core engine for core credit.


TRANSMISSION WARRANTY


1. Improper detent adjustment, low fluid level, failure to install new filter (A.T. only), broken front pump, or improper installation voids all warranties.
2. All conditions listed under terms of sale (above) apply.
3. It is recommended buyer replace front seal prior to installation.


All Foreign Auto Parts warrants to their original buyers that each used item sold is protected from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and under normal use and service for the period of time and distance to the terms and conditions as following:

I) Terms:
 All Foreign Auto Parts Used Engines at its option either to repair or replace the defective unit only

    a)Used Engines. Three months and unlimited miles on the internal parts only from the date of purchase. No warranty is covered on any attached accessories and parts such as manifolds, carburetor, distributor, alternator, starter, water pump, thermostat, clutch, flywheel, timing belt of belt-driving engine and all seals etc.

    b) No warranty is offered on Mazda rotary, diesel, high performance and racing engines. Used Transmissions: three months from the date of purchase on internal parts only. Electrical switches, wiring system, shifting linkage and torque convertor are not guaranteed.

    c) All items other than the above will be sold as it. No return, refund or warranty is offered unless specified at the front of receipt.

II)Customer's Obligations:

    a) Customer must install new oil, oil filter, thermostat, spark plugs, coolant and tune up parts.

    b) Customer must rod out radiator, change new water hoses, water pump, all seals and gaskets whatever is necessary before installation.

    c) Due to the variations and design on some models of Japanese version engines, customer is required to make necessary changes over on some parts such as change oil pan and oil pick up tube, dipstick, fly wheel, clutch assembly, distributor and smog device etc.
    d) Customer is responsible to re-install all smog device.

    e) All belt-driving engines are required to be installed new timing belt and set on right timing before installation is done. See limitation(IIId).

    f) Check and adjust valve clearance and tune up.

    g) Customer is responsible to verify parts for fitness, proper size and application prior to installation. We assume no liability for parts incorrectly installed as the result of errors in ordering, packing and shipping.

III)Limitations:
This warranty shall not apply to or include any of the following:

    a) Repair or replacement as a result of any accident, misuse, collision, upset, fire, negligence, alteration, racing events, improper installation or repair.

    b) Labor cost, downtime, towing charges, freight charges, rental and comprehensive insurance claims etc.

    c) Oil leaks, blown head gasket and overheating due to poor cooling system.

    d) Bent valves, lock up or back fire due to broken timing belt or wrong timing set. New timing must be installed on all belt-driving engines before installation.

    e) Internal damage caused by dropping obstacles into combustion chambers.

IV)Shipping, Delivery And Pick Up From/On Our Premise:

    a) Products that need to be shipped are done at customer's expense and risk, any loss or damage in shipping should be filed and claimed directly through the freight carrier. We assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, freight cost and miscellaneous charges.

    b) Loading and unloading on our premises is done for customer's courtesy. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to customer's vehicles.

V) Important:

    a) A silver-nickel-like heat tab is installed on the block of every engine we sold. If the tab is removed or center is melted (around 255F), warranty will be voided. It is the customer's responsibility to check the location of heat tab and make sure it does not fall off during installation. Call us for details.

    b) Vehicle with disconnected or non-operative odometer will be considered for the usage 1500 miles per month. In order to validate your warranty, customer must surrender a copy of repair order with odometer reading or notify All Foreign Auto Parts in writing.
